Commonly, the inspection happens before during and after completion of the project to ensure compliance is within code. Failure to pull a permit prior to the project can result in fines and deconstruction of the project. Municipals requirements may differ therefore it is important to communicate with each municipal inspector to insure the project is properly completed correctly the first time around.

The duration of the warranty will be determined on a per-project basis including but not limited:
To the property only as long as it remains in the possession of the original owner during the time the services was performed.
To the construction work that has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse.
To the construction work that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted by others.
To notifying contractor immediately in writing within five (5) days of first knowledge of defect by owner or his agent.
To contractor having first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements or corrections to the defective construction at no cost to owner within a reasonable timeframe.
To under any circumstances shall contractor be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the construction defect.
To warranty where the client supplied materials project.
Each warranty varies depending on the completed project. Most projects come with a certified warranty receipt that has the owner name, duration of the warranty, project address, project performed, and more.
