AGREEMENT (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING)

I certify that all the information on this application is accurate and complete. I understand that misleading or false statements will compose adequate cause for denial of contract relationship. I understand that neither the acceptance of this application nor the subsequent entry into any type of relationship with Versatile Pro LLC creates an actual or implied contract of agreement. I understand that if I enter into a contract agreement with Versatile Pro LLC, it will be on an at-will basis. This means that either party have the right to terminate the contract relationship at any time (as long as all projects are completed in full with the required pictures and invoice(s) submitted, for any reason, with or without cause. I authorize Versatile Pro LLC to investigate information concerning my personal and company work history, and all other aspects of my background relevant to my proposed contract. I release Versatile Pro LLC and it’s employees from all liability arising from such investigation.
