These Terms & Conditions govern all work performed by Versatile Pro LLC for residential and commercial clients in the State of Wisconsin. By hiring our company or signing a work agreement, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Work
All work to be performed will be outlined in a written estimate or contract. Any changes to the scope, including materials, timeline, or additional tasks, must be approved in writing by both parties.
2. Estimates & Payment Terms
-Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
-A deposit may be required before the project begins.
-Final payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
-Late payments may be subject to a service charge.
3. Permits & Approvals
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, inspections, and approvals. We can assist with this process for an additional fee.
4. Access to Property
The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the project site. Delays caused by restricted access, weather, or site conditions may affect the project timeline.
5. Materials & Subcontractors
We reserve the right to use qualified subcontractors and select materials that meet the agreed-upon standards. Substitutions will only be made with equal or better quality.
6. Warranties
Versatile Pro LLC offers workmanship warranties as outlined in individual contracts. Manufacturer warranties may also apply to certain materials. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature are not covered.
7. Cancellations & Delays
– Cancellations must be submitted in writing. A cancellation fee may apply if work has already begun.
– Unforeseen conditions (weather, supplier delays, etc.) may result in schedule changes.
8. Insurance & Liability
Versatile Pro LLC is fully licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our team. Clients must disclose known issues before work begins.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of our services shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating formal legal action. Jurisdiction will be in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By approving an estimate, signing a contract, or permitting work to begin, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
